The Nia Technique is a high-energy, expressive dance practice that combines elements of Modern, Jazz and African dance, martial arts, and yoga-inspired moves. Nia (neuromuscular integrative action) engages body, mind and spirit to deliver a fantastic whole-body workout! As a low-impact aerobic dance combination, Nia is accessible for all ages and bodies. Prior dance experience is not required.
