FY 2025 Property Tax Bills Going Out Late

PROPERTY TAX BILLS GOING OUT LATE

The property tax bills will be issued the first week of August. They are delayed because of late budget approvals. The first quarterly payment due date will be pushed out to 9/15/2024, but the remaining payment due dates will remain the same at 11/15/24,  2/15/25 and 5/15/25.

Keep in mind that there will also be a Utility bill (water and sewer) that will be due in September on the 30th.
