The Selectboard and Budget Advisory Committee completed a series of seven two-hour public workshops with the town management team and department heads to create the FY26 Town budget proposal. It is provided below in a summary form and in an expanded line-by-line detail form.

**The Selectboard held a “Pre- Town Meeting” on Thursday, January 30th at 7PM at the Town Hall. The Selectboard, town management, and Budget Advisory Committee took part. The Selectboard made a presentation of its proposed budget and answered questions from those in attendance.

The Annual Town Meeting will be held on the customary date, which this year is Monday, March 3rd at 7PM with Australian ballot voting on Tuesday, March 4th at the American Legion 7AM-7PM.
